I found this recipe in a Quick Cooking issue. It reheats well and actually tastes better the second day. It takes about 30 minutes to put together and about 35 minutes to bake.

Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12 ozs.) spaghetti
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14-1/2 ozs.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ozs.) tomato sauce
1 tblsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef, green pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
3. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
4. Drain spaghetti; add to the beef mixture.
5. Transfer to a greased 13-in X 9-in. X 2-in. baking dish.
6. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
7. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
8. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
