Melt 2 tblsps. butter in a large skillet over medium heat; saute the bell pepper and garlic in the butter for 8-10 minutes or until the pepper softens.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add browned/chopped chicken and olive oil to the pan and heat thru.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add the tomatoes, chicken stock, salt, cayenne pepper, paprika, white pepper, and thyme; continue to simmer for 10-12 minutes or until it thickens.&lt;br /&gt;4. I believe I altered this recipe from one that I found in an old issue of Taste of Home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Croissant French Toast&lt;br /&gt;4 servings&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;Vanilla Sauce-&lt;br /&gt;1 tblsp. all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;4 egg yolks&lt;br /&gt;1 tblsp. vanilla extract&lt;br /&gt;2 cups whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;2 scoops vanilla ice cream&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Berry Sauce-&lt;br /&gt;2 cups unsweetened raspberries&lt;br /&gt;2 tblsps. sugar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;French Toast-&lt;br /&gt;3 eggs&lt;br /&gt;4 croissants, split&lt;br /&gt;2 tblsps. butter or margarine&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Directions:&lt;br /&gt;1. In a bowl, combine flour, egg yolks, and vanilla; set aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the whipping cream and sugar to a boil; remove from the heat.&lt;br /&gt;3. Stir in a small amount of hot cream into egg yolk mixture; return all to the pan; stirring constantly.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bring to a gentle boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;5. Remove from the heat; stir in ice cream until melted, set aside.&lt;br /&gt;6. For berry sauce, combine the raspberries and sugar in a saucepan.&lt;br /&gt;7. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil; coat with nonstick cooking spray.&lt;br /&gt;2. Place half of the broken cookies in the pan.&lt;br /&gt;3. In a heavy saucepan, combine the milk, butter, and chips; cook and stir over low heat until chips are melted.&lt;br /&gt;4. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla.&lt;br /&gt;5.
